32/365 – Out & About in Historic Hot Springs National Park

28 Jan

We had about five hours to kill in between general sessions, and had already checked out of our hotel, so we took the students to historic Downtown Hot Springs. We had a great time shopping, eating, sight-seeing, and shooting pictures. These are my favorites. Enjoy!

The sunrise from our hotel room was beautiful!

A really cute piece of Japanese artwork on display in the convention center lobby

This is the cupcake I had from “Fat Bottomed Girl’s” Cupcake Shop. It was yummy!

Cool spoon guy on display at the Museum of Contemporary Art

Lockers at the historic Fordyce Bath House. I think the bath houses are kind of creepy!

Looks more like a torture device than something used for massage!

Wooden dumbbells in the gymnasium of the bathhouse.

This makes me want to eat and go to the post office. Don’t know why.
